Colostrum Harvesting & Hand Expression Demo Video If, after reaching full term at 37 weeks, you want to practice hand expression or even do colostrum harvesting this video is a great tutorial. (The demo starts around 2:50). Hand expression and nipple stimulation can start labor which is why you would want to wait until full term. Likewise, it can be used to get labor going so it’s a great thing for post-date babies to get things moving.
